WKT is little more than a gold wannabe. Pegged out some ground with hopes of finding something - WKT is nothing but a penny dreadful that is currently way over-priced. Watch the SP continue to drop as the reality sets in the graphite was but a dream.
It's all pretty common and happens all the time. I guess it's also pretty common that those who are rusted on, and can't bring themselves to acknowledge the dream is over will pay the price.
