You are correct, expandable graphite has not been referenced as being strategically or critically important. That hasn't stopped @MikeonTwitter from trying to push the narrative... and pushing it hard he is:
Some poor Mum & Dad investors are buying this narrative but unfortunately Pareto investors weren't and neither are institutional investors investors, as evidenced by WKT's retail dominated T40 shareholder list.
