Perhaps management need to learn to paddle harder, one price sensitive announcement since July simply isn't going to get it done.

Why is it that an institutional investor or T40 would not be tapped for a small placement...Are you saying that it would not be fare to institutional investors if they were also part of the companion equity component...It is quite amusing that you believe any raise should be a big public event...
