I have every reason for an institutional investor to be involved...Can you tell us why an institutional investor would not be interested in a World Class project on the cusp of funding...? You must be blind or biased if you believe companion equity will not be filled by an institutional investor...What-if they were given the option to do a small placement before re-rate...What if a small bridging loan lines the key up...?
