Graphite Uses
crucial additive in the manufacture of industrial products and fire-safe building materials that are in high demand.
Graphite has long been used in the aviation, automotive, sports, steel and plastic industries, as well as in the manufacture of bearings and lubricants. Graphite is an excellent conductor of heat and electricity, is corrosion- and heat-resistant, and is strong and light.
Graphite is indispensable to the shift towards Electric Vehicles (cars, trains, buses, bikes etc.). There is no substitute for graphite and is expected to remain the foundation of all lithium-ion EV battery chemistries for the foreseeable future.

Types of Graphite:
There are two types of graphite
Synthetic graphite is made by treating amorphous carbon materials at high temperatures. Manufacturing synthetic graphite costs up to 10X more than natural graphite, therefore it is less appealing for most applications.
Natural graphite (flake, amorphous and lump). Most new technologies and applications require large flake graphite. Of the approximately 1.2 million tonnes of graphite that are processed each year, just 40% is flake. WKT has large flake graphite

I guess that the resource being open in all directions and having adjacent leases means that it's possible that there may be a large quantity of low value high grade battery suitable graphite about the place, as well as the known high grade flake for expansion. You would think that this would make it an attractive proposition for safe guarding, even in terms of stripping and bulk warehousing in your country of investment.
