Magic words aren't they - "once funded"
Until funded it's not worth much at all.
It remains unfounded!
The cap raise that's coming will be $3-5m imho and keep the Board in plane tickets, champagne and hotel suites.
The company needs a lot more fresh equity than that.
A small raise will be dressed up as a big deal.
And it is for the freeloaders sitting around the board room.
Start getting excited when you have debt facility in place and accessible - not a second sooner.
