    Infrastructure and reserves are the key.

    Atm Kwanza has the potential to become a reality very soon.


    Onshore oil production costs a fraction of offshore fields, we could hold 1/4 or less of a big offshore field and be far better off, even shallow water drilling "20mtrs" is still cheap compared to 1500 mtrs in open waters.

    The point is, once in production very little maitenance is required for a producing onshore oil well.


    Don't believe me, MS said we are in the box seat!
