This as a negitive article re Vietnam (The Economist is very well respected)....but positive for ECT.

Have a look at the first few sentences - which highlight the main underlying Vietnam economic problem - lack of economic electricity ...and we know the Chinese/Koreans are building coal fired plants at breakneck speed....so where do they get the newly demanded "cleaner" coal from?

Id say its clear the Tincom project is a national priority?
