    SharpEdge , with the fwd drill program Tullow has offshore Ghana , Uganda is a side play (but a very useful one!) They must surely be 'shot at' soon by Exxon or possibly BP? Isnt it 'uncanny' that Obama chose Ghana as the only 3rd world African country to visit as President last year. Dont you think?
