Have a look at a chart of QBE.
Double bottom at 16.50ish on heavy capitulation volume as the weak hands and double-dippers bailed out. There should be a slight pause at 18.50 after maybe a quick retest of 18, then it's 19.50 and blue sky to twenty bucks with appropriate pauses along the way.
Democrats will be throwing money at anyone and anything that votes and will pump the US markets until the Nov. 2nd election, then a nice Santa Clause rally into the Holiday Season.
The Doomdog Super Fund's overly large purchase at 17 bucks is looking better every day! I think I can take a 7% divvie and 10-20% cap gain every year! Better order in a case of Moet for Chrissie!
