Yes mate as Sunny mentioned you end up paying for the 1c purchase and the .9c conversion. The Options usually trade at share price minus conversion price as they get closer to expiry so in the above case one would expect the heads share price TSC to be 1.9c.
The 0 price options were the ones obtained as part of the CR so if TSC is trading at 1.9c you pay .9c to convert to shares and sell for 1.9c making 1c profit.
