Possibly most of the money…but would he have done it without requesting some form of funding or taxpayers assistance?
Recall that businesses usually need some form of incentives to locate or update their establishment.
Didn't u find it disgraceful when the Federal Govt tried to persuade big businesses to update to more efficient lighting bulbs.
It sounded like many didn’t update until they received special funding, even when they knew that by updating without the extra funding was still tax deductible as a business expense.
