    My understanding is that Star Bright Holding will pay $18m to Admedus Vaccines fro a 60% interest.

    That would mean that all of the current holders of 100% of the immunotherapies division would end up owning 40%.

    40% of the AHZ's current 72.8% holding would then be 29.12% of the division (and the division would then have $18m cash added to its books). This would mean that AHZ have smaller slice of a bigger cake. More importantly, immunotherapies are well funded to continue their R&D and AHZ wouldn't be required to keep covering their share of its costs for a long time to come.

    Does anybody know when was the last time that AHZ tipped money into immunotherapies? I'm still thinking that part of their quarterly costs (every quarter) go in to immunotherapy costs.
