After many years in the mkt - seeing the good and bad - well I just want everything to be fair for the mums and dads ! Now as i wipe the tear out of my eye :)) ...
I don't think for a minute that AF did this on purpose consciously! BUT - he must realise that people are investing on his words and as such - at a minimum - his comments on any legal matter should be refered to the legal dep't !! AND should be told to the mkt on FACTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I got caught holding a certain iron ore cpy that had contracts with Chinese cpy's that were dishonoured ! I found out that there were holes in the contract after losing 50% !!
After the GFC everything has gone up so who cares... BUT what about those who invested on stated comments a number of years ago ... would you agree to invest on the character of the person running the cpy rather than the substance of what they have to say ?
