Contracts in China are only certain when they are enforcing the terms against you. If it's not working in their favour you may find the contract wasn't enforceable!
And yes ASIC is a joke. I once got a director banned for misleading and fleecing several retirees. Next week he'd set up another vehicle with his lady friend as the director...
