I don't disagree that most probably there is an inference that what ASIC is doing is more than likely due to the standing of Twiggy.
But the fact remains, that this thing wasn't handled properly, and there are rules that have to be followed. The Law is the Law.
After all, if one is to follow your comments which have been copied and pasted above, do you mean to say that if you are driving at 120Km per hour in a 60 Km zone, without realising that there was a speed camera there, and after a few weeks you'll get a fine or court appearance in the mail, you should be let go free and without a fine, simply because you didn't hurt anyone.?
I'd like you to try that, and see what chances of success you'd have, lol.
