    I would suppose that would depend on whether he is a purist or pragmatist. If he is the latter it would be easy for him to conjure a vision of a war torn, poverty stricken, aids infected west Africa being turned into a wealthy and civilized nation. Some of the more wealthy and moderate Arab nations may be an ideal model.
