92% company is own by 20 shareholders that is roughly 93 million shares remaining 8% (9 millions shares) by retail investors. IPO was priced at 0.25c so those 20 shareholders who owns 92% shares will not sell their shares at current price of 0.17c. The trades we have since IPO are due to small retail investors who may needed money and sold at loss. I believe in order to move the volume the price needs to reach close to 25cents IMHO.
