    Maybe no deal on the table at present - I agree, taking a stake without declaring current intent may fly close tohe winf. Doesn't mean it isn't the seed of a future arrangement.

    Doesn't have to say he MAY do something in the future, or there MAY be synergies in the future, or MAY increase a stake in the future. Only have to note the facts, including current intent.
