Hmmmmmmmmmm. ASIC spends 4 years investigating and bringing a case to court simply because they want to chop a high flyer down........WRONG,WRONG WRONG......This investigation stemmed from an incident when FMG were only a few dollars a share [before the consolidation].....I clearly remember reading plenty about it in the Western Australian newspaper.....Actually, its very very old news to us "cynics"...Just one more reason why we have been urging caution.....Now, a real cynic would speculate that Andrews commendable generosity like the 50,000 new jobs for Indignenos people [but only three hundred in FMG operations. Whoops] where he gets to rub shoulders with the Prime Minister are all part of raising his profile and polishing up his image, just in case....Anyway, It is all good for the Chinese who probably are preparing the paperwork for their next chunk of FMGs shares.....Please DYOR......
