outrage and pouring of grief spikes the price from 20c to 28c before the wiggle wakes up and tells shareholders the offer is opportunistic and under values the company do nothing.

Mr big game hunter waits to see how many punters are happy to walk away with a 40% premium to the last traded price --acceptances only go to 30 % -Mr big game hunter increases the premium to 50% (30c) - says the offer is final you got 30 days

scenario 1 - acceptance get 51% then he has control and the other 49% get starved out over time till they get to 90% compulsorily acquisition - or they fall short and walk away - the S/p falls back to 20c or - a third party enters the fray and a bidding war north of 30c takes place.
