Thanks for the link bp. What a great Australian he is. His business achievements speak for themselves but his additional charitable activities, particularly the betterment of indigenous communities and anti-slavery efforts, are a great testimony to his character.
I too, was surprised at the "low 30's" quote, especially as he specifically mentioned "depreciation included". But given the incredible cost reduction results of recent quarters, it's not out of the question. The main point - and one that couldn't be made if it wasn't correct- is that FMG are making good money, even at the current price.
