    Hey Steve,
    the 35c disposal you're talking about was a off-market transfer. Looked more like a bit of a dodgy transfer to avoid paying cgt (probably into a super fund or other family trust) than an actual sale.
    Doug did it on a day when the sp was MUCH higher than 35c, but when you're doing an off-market transfer I think you can pretty much pick any price in the last 3 months.

    I'm fairly bullish on this stock - they're VERY cashed up right now, and seem to be building a pretty strong team to take them forward. A few mill can work wonders in the mining industry right now.

    I'll be very interested to see what their medium-long term strategies are - hopefully we'll get a clearer picture in the next quarterly, but my gut feel right now is that they may even have enough money to cast an eye further than windarra, and that WOULD be exciting.
    Definitely want to see their cash flow report...
