    I’m not holding NOX (and not cross-promoting) but their Dec 2022 4C included an R&D rebate in the cash flows (and nil receipts from customers) so would serve as an example of this.

    I haven’t assessed the activities of IXC against the criteria for claiming the R&D offset, but to the extent that IXC is eligible for the offset, it should be refundable.
