As at 28 April 23 he had 1,500,000 shares left



Since the 28 April 23 we have churned over 2.39 million shares



I believe considering he would be close to, if not done selling the remaining parcels.

Thing with IXC is that the stock is just so illiquid, so this recent volume at all time lows has given investors a chance to take a meaningful position without much movement in the share price. Once we do start heading back up, to build a position is going to become next to impossible without moving the share price 2-5% at a time

All in my opinion, but this selling has been a gift for potential new investors.

Come 1 July, no more tax loss selling.
