Just my food for thought, alot of these weight loss drugs have alot of side effects. There is wegovy as well as ozempic. From reading reviews people are getting mixed recommendations from it. The question is although it may reduce weight loss, are headaches and pressure still present, which are the main symptoms of IIH?

There is this thread within the IIH community
    https://www.reddit.com/r/iih/comments/12yr6uh/wegovy_and_iih/

This lady had good outcomes from the start of using it (not sure how it is progressing now)

But then this lady had worse outcomes https://hotcopper.com.au/data/attachments/5248/5248495-32d0274c7614fcbf0f71c220467bc850.jpg

So I guess it varies on a case to case basis.
I think majority of these people just want relief from IIH without the use of having to lose weight etc etc. Majority of these people put weight back on anyway due to their lifestyle.

Logically if you had a choice between a weight loss drug that causes you side effects but has a 50% chance of reducing your weight, bare in mind you are pregnant at the time, or a a drug which reduces IIH symptoms, lowers pressure and reduces headaches, practically curing the disease without changing your lifestyle, I wonder what option these woman will pick.

For now they are desperate because there isn't a real cure, once Invex complete these trials and the drug is hopefully approved this will be the number 1 go to spot for GPs around the world. So no prevalence should be consistent considering the safety of our drug upon approval.

    All IMO
