Of the 500M shares bought on market last week at av 3.5c reprsenting 17% of listed shares there would have to be a large accumulater of 5% shortly ie 52M shares of that buying spree is 5% unless they split it between different related entities but they would still have to disclose

eg Hunan Valin 4.9%
AF FMG 4.9%
