Where on earth did Bleyer get the idea that $6bn wasn't a good deal overseas and that $100m here is "like the end of the world"!!

Fact is the big off take players are overseas and they tend to project fund deals because they WANT THE OFF TAKE!!

Fact is we are way overpriced for labour and equipment here. I have Chinese contacts who manufacture high quality equipment.
