not going to sign but give a decision on if they are going to concept stage or not . Meaning they are awaiting an answer if this company wants to go forward and is interested in our product or not . contracts , if any apparently won’t be given till next year but then again who know what will happen we just need to keep doing what we’re doing and keep patient
