    It's basically vehicle finance, with a down payment or trade in ( in this case shares), an interest free period, and terms and conditions

    Problems:

    No deposit
    No money to repay loan
    No money for fuel
    Too many credit cards maxed already
    No place to park vehicle
    History of 'commercially competitive' terms for FAS poor
