The part where it says the company is awaiting a response from the asset management entity sounds interesting what could it mean?
I like how they say multiple European AM's and then it seems like they are waiting on a response from one. A deal for the remainder would have to be close to flick Alliance all IMO hope it doesn't blow up in their face :)
From all accounts they had proved up alliances $260m in the bank as part of their due diligence how awful to give them the flick and then fail to get the remaining cash they need lol.
