often a small cap raising is just what you want under these circumstances.
Say it goes to $1 and they do a placement at 80c to a few friendly interested instos - it is these guys that then drive their initial investment up to $1.20-$1.50.
You need to get these people interested and sometimes a little taste is all you need to give them.
Otherwise it's more likely to hit $1 and fail and dribble back to 75c before another delay has them raising at 60c and all the momentum and interest is gone.
Just a thought.
I have been watching this for a while now - it looks good but too dependent on a single announcement in the short term. Could go to the 50s on more waiting or could go to 80-$1 on good news but I suspect it fails there for a while unless they have access to cash somehow.
It always takes longer and longer and longer than you think.
