I would still be interested in what your mate has to say. So by all means hassle him some more info for us all here. He does seem to come across a little pessimistic and is entitled to his own opinion on the matter.
He is certainly right about there not being a lot of data available on the area, but perhaps he may find something that we have missed, who knows. Thanks.
