This is not good, people. If they can't reestablish circ and retrieve the twisted off pipe aka fish, then all they can do to drill deeper is to come back up to about 1400 meters and sidetrack drill around the obstruction...expensive option but the only one.
I suggest they'll make this forward decision over the weekend depending on fishing success. Fishing for dropped tools is not always successful.
