Yes, its a pity about Twitter.

However the perfidity of the Book Runner is completely demonstrated by comparing
1) the "Initiating Coverage" document of April 25, 2022 where a LITM Price Target of $15.00 is quoted.

2) the LITM Press Release April 07, 2022 6:30pm EDT
where 12 business days earlier the Book Runner closed the offering,
having represented to both NVA (the Vendor) and recipients of
the prospectus that $6.00 per share was a fair market price.


Now, in those 12 days absolutely no material change to the prospects of LITM was reported.
Absolutely nothing.
Yet the Book Runner proposes a windfall gain of 150% without explanation.
Ridiculous.

We may debate long and hard about whether NVA got a great deal.
But one thing is clear.
The Book Runner does not care about presenting any facade of integrity, until it's too late !
