I think it would be fair to say that all existing options would be converted so fully diluted SOI would be a little over a million therefore reducing MC x 25% as well I would prefer to allow 20% of NP for further research and drilling and proving up resources. P/E 0f 15 x a little high also.

At 5000 oz p/m I would have
60000 @ 1600 = $96mil
less 600 AISC = $36mil

$60 mill less $12 mil for further research drilling etc

$48 Mil NPBT x 12 P/E = 576 Mil of 55 cents per share fully diluted

Upsides price of gold, dropping dollar, further resources proven, dividends (dare I say it)
