    I'm a bit in Jim camp here and think that Q4 will be average due to all the reasons which have been exhausted here. But from this month onwards will be amazing. All the twitter posts , conversations with management etc leads me to be believe that Q4 is behind us now . Gltah. ( I am just as excited tho!!)
