G'Day domain-Have run a shaker table -there is a good spread of gold
moving across the table, its not so much how much gold can be seen
on the table though this is encouraging, its how much enriched concentrate supply is in the hopper above the table .

Many years ago i was asked to do a double shift in the gold room,
whole extra shift just running the shaker table -became very good at it
thus the reason i was asked -( lots of adjustments angle- flow's etc)
Any way i had never seen so much gold very rich concentrate, I
3/4 filled a galvanised bucket & thought given the amount captured
i should hide it in the Gold room someplace ( i had no key to the strong room
where the safe was), so i hid the whole lot in the small mercury amalgam
rotary mill .
Was let out-(as was locked inside gold room by myself) on shift change
& went back to the SMQ single men's quarters ATT.

Was awoken with all sorts of panic -banging on my donga door,
SMQ-manager & mine manager -apparently day shift arrived & MGT
enthusiastically with understandable anticipation went straight over
to the gold room to confirm concentrate recovery assumptions (they
had high expectations)
My Gold room supervisor ATT had no idea where the gold was -they must
have thought the worst & i had taken off with the booty -ha ha.
