I would think getting a toll treatment arrangement setup will not be a problem, but it could be a month or so to get it sorted IMO. JG will be on the job, the guy knows all the key players so I have no doubt he will be able to set something up, then they could send the fresh material from the mine for a start. At the same time set up a ball mill and flotation tanks at Cascavel to concentrate the tailings and the fresh, then send the concentrate to the CIL for treatment. The trucking cost of the concentrate would be negligible when the grade is taken into account.
As for the cost to modify Cascavel to produce concentrate, maybe 500 AUD,, a ball mill runs about 200k AUD in Brazil I believe, and then 300K for the flotation setup ( total guess ) but they are basically tanks with air agitation so I would think that would cover it.
The plant at Rio do Ouro should be up and running by the middle of next year then we can do it all ourselves. Lots can go wrong as usual, we do not even have the CIL results as yet, lets see how the week plays out.. But if they are as I suspect, hope, they are, then it will be a very different game.
