Genuine sellers do not just sit with 1mm in the sell queue several lines away from the bid, that type of order is always distributed into news.
You keep rambling but when is it going to happen, shouldn't those lines tell you a due date or are you updating them daily because they didn't happen. When we are still above 10c by the end of March please for the love of all things holy, leave.
