I replied to his tweet. for the benefit of people who don't look at twitter, Uranium and Thorium doesn't normally concentrate up with the REEs in ionic clay processing so it would just go back where it came from if there were some. If we've got the ground already in a process loop though maybe a secondary process loop could be added to extract that where economic (I'll have a look Monday in the doco if nobody else has by then for Th/U values, but I can't see this being an obstacle).
