In the case of MEI, bids did definitely get hit and even worse suspected ahead of time, the 12c bid has pulled out after market close. Here the below image was what it was like during the closing phase. Anyone sour at me should instead report MEI's manipulation to ASIC or ASX I have the evidence just take it from this thread! LOL
