Who cares what think mate @Gsinc. Look at the growth of the company as a result of meeting the performance milestone. Let the results speak for themselves, not you or your mates.
We would not be having this conversation if ASX did not suspend ISX for no apparent reason. ASX will pay for everyone's lost over the last 2 years. I would think that you too can claim financial lost against ASX when this all ends.
