Isn't it obvious ASX's plan was to keep ISX suspended till they found the "evidence" or the smoking gun - or till ASIC found it? At least that's what we know till we see their defence to the 4FASOC. So how would they have ever agreed to the escrow? It's amazing people still believe an escrow was possible! Jeez!

We are at a point we need ASX to confirm if KL was disgruntled and acted personally or acted with support from above. Either way it doesn't look good. That's where the conversation is folks. I don't think it was his decision because Janine simply continued when she stepped in his shoes. And Kev was still running the show anyway. Dominic S was fully aware and must have been kept up to date. And who knows if OM setup office there, digging through the documents with their "expertise". Everyone working hard looking for the smoking gun.
