I think this whole saga is sad, but most of all it looks like Australia to lose another industry disruptor to overseas which is the saddest part for me. It looks like the only course of action that makes sense for ISX. Onwards and upwards from there.
A listing overseas will take some time and plenty of hurdles to overcome, but LSE does appear to make great sense.
