forgive me.... i still do not know if u mean asic "should have" "jumped" on isx or OM ?
ASIC did nothing at the time i remember watching asic do something during those early months.... i watched asic back away from it all i recall........ i remember making some posts about asic walking back so as, imo, to not prejudice themselves if asic took isx to court (which they now have of course).
