It only has to be in the hands of sufficient peep funds; those who paid of it and as a courtesy (cough) to those who did not suggesting 'the game is afoot!' (wink wink), to create sufficient downward volatility - volume!
i also acknowledge that a public release of a document is not required to achieve a market reaction.... either long reports or short reports. long and short reports get released to clients every day.... sometimes even to retail. soz for not using any childish taunts in my post......
