    Why on earth make that request whilst a Justice of the Federal Court is off the bench considering the ASIC v ISX & Anor matter? The Senate Committee can't usurp the powers of the Federal Court on this issue. I would hope the Senator is familiar with the separation of powers doctrine and sub judice.
