Yes that text you posted outlines the basic technical problem very well and you have to believe it's the riddle Novo & QH are navigating with great concern. Exactly how they solve this problem with the Egina purchase could take form on multiple fronts.
Whatever happens, I think it's more important than the market is currently factoring in. All speculation but given how long Novo has been working on this purchase step #2 could be a game changer for DEG.
