No, i don’t think so, they are directing to a previous announcement, made in the correct manner.
If they were suggesting a material deal has occurred, then perhaps yeah.
I'm not a lawyer so don't take that as gospel, others here would know.
Either way it's nice to see lots of communication, which is great for a company that's priority job at the moment is to market its wares and get product moving out the doors, or licensing agreements so others can make it and give dotz a royalty.
